1. Returns

  • Return Period: You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized pieces, engraved items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use, missing packaging, or other signs of wear.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Ssartjewellery22@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • Tracking and Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Namo Art Jewels cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
